Charles W. Squier
Company Founder
Chuck originally started his insurance career on 03/01/1974 as manager of Calhoun County Mutual Fire Insurance Company and employee/agent trainee of Harmon Insurance Agency in Hardin, IL. He purchased Harmon Insurance Agency 03/01/1975 and later combined the business of Waldheuser Insurance Agency in Kampsville, IL and Everett Byrd Insurance Agency of Hardin into Squier Insurance Agency book of business. Chuck graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a specialization in accounting. Chuck is in the Hardin Office Monday – Friday and helping mostly the clients that he’s made over the many years, local governmental entities and now is the Agency agent for Flood Insurance on area homes and businesses. Chuck is married to Debbie Squier who also works part time in the agency and they have 2 sons and 2 daughters in law, 2 grandsons and one granddaughter in law, 2 granddaughters, one great-granddaughter and most recently on great-grandson. Both sons, one grandson and one granddaughter are full time producers for Squier Insurance Agency, Inc
Chad W. Squier
President
Chad has been with SIA since 1996. He graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He writes auto, home, farm, life and all forms of commercial accounts. Chad works in the Pleasant Hill office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. Chad works in the Hardin office on Tuesday and Thursday each week. Chad is married to Rhonda and they have two children, August and Mary.
Jeff C. Squier
Vice President, CIC
Jeff has been working in the insurance industry as an agent since 1991. He received his Bachelor’s degree from SIUE and is currently the VP of SIA. Jeff writes all insurances and works hard to make certain his clients receive the best service possible. Jeff earned his certified insurance counselor (CIC) designation in 2022.
Lori Eberlin

Lori has been a CSR at Squier Insurance Agency, Inc. for 21 years. I perform administrative and clerical duties which helps our office work efficiently.
I’m a lifelong resident of Hardin. I’m married to Chris and we have two sons, Luke and Ben.
Sandi Roundcount
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Sandi has been with Squier Insurance Agency since December 1987. She graduated from Lewis & Clark Community College and is a licensed CSR. She is married to Gary and and they have two children, Anne Marie and Jordan.
Tyler Squier
Insurance Agent
Tyler has been working in the Insurance Industry as an agent since 2015. He received his bachelor’s degree from Missouri Baptist University. Tyler writes all lines of insurance. Which includes auto, home, farm, commercial, life and health. Tyler is married to Melissa Squier and has two children Sophie and Jackson.
Courtney Squier
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Courtney is an Insurance Agent for Squier Insurance Agency, Inc. Courtney started her studies at Lewis and Clark Community College then transferred to Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville to receive a bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a minor in Exercise Science. After her studies Courtney started working for Squier Insurance as CSR then continued her education to become a Property/Causality and a Crop Insurance License Agent. Courtney works in the Pleasant Hill branch office.
Sandy Smith

Sandy has been in the insurance industry since 2005. Writes all lines of business insurance, and specializes in health insurance. She is married to Brad with 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
